Hi, Barrett families!
All pre-ordered books have been delivered (unless you are traveling or have been in conversation with me via email). That being said, I think we may have missed some pre-orders.
I've reviewed every book order myself, and it looks like we experienced both technical errors (5 orders were kicked out, pre-ordered notes were cutoff) and human errors (information was mis-entered) on some orders. I've tried to reach out to families to fix, but I may have missed some of you.
Please contact me at jsauterprice@readearlyanddaily.org as soon as you can if you were to receive a book(s) and did not so that I can get the book(s) to your student ASAP.
My apologies for the inconvenience. Barrett PTA was gracious enough to partner with us for our first book. We did some things great and learned some important lessons on things that didn't go as well. I'm already in talks with publishers about the ability to over-order popular titles with the ability to return books we don't sell to avoid the need to pre-order sold-out titles. Plus we will be investing in a new checkout system that allows us to track inventory.
I'll end by saying that I had such fun with your children! I have the best job in the world!
