We will have author Lisa Kahn Schnell this year for Bookapalooza on Wednesday, June 19. Students can buy her book High Tide for Horseshoe Crabs. Ms. Schnell will autograph all pre-ordered books. Signed books will be distributed to students after the author visit. Return the order form and money to your child's teacher by Tuesday, June 18, 2019 (forms were sent home a couple weeks ago). The day will be filled with many reading activities in order to kickoff summer reading: author visit, walking field trip to the Barrett Book Blast for PK-1, visit from the Arlington Library, and a cool treat.
In anticipation of this event, the students have shopped and received a free used book to enjoy at home this summer.
