Through the generosity of many Barrett families and teachers, and other Arlington teachers and residents, we are able to provide for the distribution of grocery gift cards to Barrett families in need who are struggling during this COVID-19 pandemic.
For Barrett families who would like to receive these gift cards, please bring with you the blue Barrett t-shirt given to your child earlier in the school year and come by the following location on WEDNESDAY, APRIL 8 from 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.:
LE FAMILY GARAGE at 407 N. Upton Ct. (townhomes right across the street from Barrett; go to garage entrance through the garage alley)
For this Wednesday's distribution, each family will receive one $50 grocery gift card. While the distribution should not take long, please be mindful of CDC guidance to maintain appropriate social/physical distancing.
We will try our best to let as many Barrett families know of this distribution – through our existing contacts and through our friends who are in regular contact with many Barrett families in need. If you know anyone who can use this help, please reach out to them and give them this information.
Based on demand and availability, we will reassess after this week's distribution to determine how often we can continue to do these gift card distributions.

Gracias a la generosidad de muchas familias y maestros de Barrett, y otros maestros y residentes de Arlington, podremos comenzar la distribución de tarjetas de regalos para comestibles a las familias necesitadas de Barrett que están luchando durante esta pandemia del COVID-19.
