1) As APS' first Chief Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Officer, how do you plan to go about fulfilling the goals of diversity, equity and inclusion throughout APS?
2) While the goals of diversity, equity and inclusion might be the same throughout Arlington, should the approach be the same, whether it be in north or south Arlington?
3) How do you make schools that aren't diverse address issues of equity and inclusion; and how do you ensure that diverse schools are in fact equitable and inclusive?
4) Are there concerns that the COVID-19 pandemic has exacerbated issues of diversity, equity, and inclusion?
5) Has the COVID-19 pandemic affected your approach in addressing issues of racism?
