[KWPTA] Re: Grade-level playdates

UPDATE: Today's meetup for rising 4th and 5th graders is POSTPONED due to the uncertain weather this afternoon. We will email with a new date when rescheduled.

Hi everyone! I hope you're having a good summer. I hope that many of you were able to join our new principal Catherine Han's virtual meet and greets. We're also partnering with her to organize some afternoon grade-level meetups on the Barrett playground that she and Assistant Principal Amin Littman can attend and get to know us and our children, and for our kids to get the opportunity to see some old and new friends.

The meetups will be at the Barrett playground and will be:

Friday, August 13th (tomorrow) at 2pm--Rising 1st graders

Wednesday, August 18th at 4pm--Rising 4th and 5th graders

Thursday, August 19th at 4pm--Rising 2nd and 3rd graders

Finally, another parent is organizing a number of rising K play dates, and I'll make sure to share here when finalized.
