[KWPTA] United Nations Assembly Timeline (2019)

Hi All,

 

We are looking forward to the United Nations Assembly tomorrow, November 15^th.Attached are the suggested times of when participating students will be called down and when whole classes will be called down. All students should check-in with their teachers before coming to wait in the library with the rest of the participants. teachers, please use your remind apps or seasaw apps to send out one last reminder about this event to our parents. 

Any parents interested in helping out should go directly to the library to find Mr. Ramirez. The more volunteers we have the better. Thank you.

8:30 -  First reminder to start calling down students to change in the library

8:40 -  Second reminder to call down students to change 

8:45 – 5^th grade

8:47 – 4^th grade

8:49 – 3^rd grade

8:51 – 2^nd grade

8:53 – 1^st grade/MIPA/FLS

8:55 – Kinder

8:57 – PK (Feel free to come a bit earlier if needed.)

 

9:00 – goal for assembly start time

The actual assembly should take between 35 - 40 minutes long.
